Handcrafted One-of-a-Kind Beaded Jewelry
Arline Bleecker has been designing one-of-a-kind handmade beaded jewelry since she first discovered crystals and gemstones, which she considers Nature’s jewelry. Dazzled by the infinite creative variety that beads allow, she crafts earrings, bracelets and necklaces that harness their beauty. Prior to her jewelry-making career, she was a full-time journalist, writing on a variety of topics, including a cruise column for the Chicago Tribune that ran weekly in 250 newspapers. Prior to that, she worked for 12 years for Nelson A. Rockefeller — during his term as New York State Governor, his tenure as Vice President of the United States, and on The Nelson Rockefeller Collection, which reproduced his famed artworks. She lives in Millington with her husband, Sam, an abstract artist, and three beloved cats.
