Liz Young
/Storybook Drawings, both Dark and Whimsical
Liz Young, a native of New Jersey, graduated from Drew University with a degree in Studio Art and Religious Studies. Much of her work revolves around various folktales, stories, and legends, with special attention paid to the creatures that inhabit them. Her style has often been described as somewhat dark, but with a touch of humor and whimsy. Although she likes to experiment with other mediums, her preferred is pen and ink. She lives in Basking Ridge.
